The Team
Amy Little
-
Amy was a high level competitive swimmer, her passion for swimming lead onto her training as a teacher with Roy Collins Swimming in Bristol in 2003. She taught for South Gloucestershire County and at private swim schools for three years, then started Aim to Swim - Swimming School. The aim was to run small group lessons, in a super friendly environment, where the children felt so at ease that learning came naturally. Aim to Swim has now been successfully running for 19 years and Amy is now a mum to a 5 and 8 year old, which she says has given her even more understanding of early years development and beginners swimming.
Sarah Logan
-
Sarah swam competitively as a teen, and now competes in triathlons including the formidable ‘Iron Man’ as well as running ‘TLD fitness’ which provides training sessions for adults. Sarah is one of our very popular teachers at The Fire College - Moreton in Marsh.
Gemma Cotton
Gemma has been teaching swimming for nearly 20 years, she has a wide wealth of experience as a teacher, is SEN qualified and also provides one to one lessons for any children that are not suited to our small group lessons. Her warm, enthusiastic approach makes any child feel immediately at ease and ready to learn!
Suzanne Verralls -
Suzanne was a national swimmer, she is exceptional at achieving correct technique in her lessons at all abilities - wether that means correct body position with our new starters, or effective stroke work with our advanced swimmers.
